From the coolly angular Sharp-Edged Series, celebrating the fresh look of contemporary Japanese design, this perfectly balanced design features a black dial patterned with an Asanoha hemp-leaf motif, a symbol of growth and prosperity dating to the Heian Period (794-1185 AD), as well as contrasting day and date subdials and LumiBrite hands and markers. A sapphire crystal includes anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, while the tri-fold push button release clasp provides secure and comfortable wear. The 29-jewel automatic movement, visible through the screwdown, see-through caseback, beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of approximately 45 hours and manual winding capability. 10 bar, 100M Water Resistant.
